# CoS Trading Cards

> A free web application for Creatures of Sonaria (Roblox) traders. Generate professional trading cards, browse item values, and calculate trade fairness.

## What is this?

CoS Trading Cards (costradingcards.com) is an independent fan-made tool for players of **Creatures of Sonaria**, a popular creature-collecting and trading game on Roblox. The site helps players:

- **Create trade cards** — Visual listing cards showing what you're selling or buying, including slot details (traits, mutations, age, gender, cosmetics, plushies)
- **Browse the market** — Search all tradeable items: creatures, stored slots, mutations, palettes, plushies, and tokens
- **Calculate W/F/L** — Determine if a trade is a Win, Fair, or Loss by comparing mush values on both sides
- **Share listings** — Copy images to clipboard, download PNGs, or generate shareable URLs for Discord

## Key Features

- Up to 9 cards exported as a grid image ("deck") for shop listings
- Stored slot configuration: traits (Damage, Bite, Weight, Health, Healing, Speed, Max Stamina, Stamina Regen), mutations, plushies, cosmetics (palettes/materials), age stages, and gender
- Visual offer mode: show items + mush (in-game currency) instead of text prices
- Presentation mode: shareable read-only view of any card or deck
- Card history: auto-saved locally in browser storage
- PWA: installable as a mobile or desktop app
- 100% free, no accounts, no login required
- Privacy-first: all data stored locally, analytics only with consent

## Terminology

- **Mush** — The primary in-game currency in Creatures of Sonaria
- **WTS** — Want To Sell
- **WTB** — Want To Buy
- **Stored slot / Stored** — A creature slot saved in the in-game storage system, which can be traded
- **Species** — A live, non-stored creature
- **Mutation** — A rare modifier that changes a creature's appearance or abilities
- **Trait** — A passive stat bonus (e.g. Bite = -10% bite cooldown)
- **W/F/L** — Win / Fair / Loss — community shorthand for trade evaluation
- **Deck** — A grid of multiple trade cards exported as one image
